Here is our list of Symtoms/Conditions/Ailments with the manufacturers recommended detox pads for each. Please follow the links to your chosen variety for more information.
All our varieties contain a combination of Wood and Bamboo Vinegars and Dextrin which are essential for the pads to function properly, so all are suitable for general detoxification but with the added ingredients, some are most suited to particular symptoms.

As with all health aids, if you are in any doubt, please first seek advice from a qualified medical professional. The suitability of these pads for each condition has been derived from the manufacturers own recommendations, the mix of ingredients present in each variety and customer feedback
Where more than one variety is recommended for a particular conditon, look at all the varieties and see which ones tie in best with other ailments you may also have. You can alternate varieties where a number of conditions are being addressed. You can also browse or post in the Kenrico Q&A Support Forums for conditions not listed here, but please allow a few days for replies
For conditions relating to specific body areas/organs, it is recommended to apply the patches on the areas of the feet covering those reflex points as per the Reflexology Chart. You may also apply directly to areas of the body for certain ailments e.g. arthritis, pain etc. (but not for skin conditions)
Pregnancy
The manufacturer does not recommend undertaking any detox programme whilst pregnant
Acid Reflux
Acid reflux is when acid from the stomach leaks up into the gullet (oesophagus). This may cause heartburn and other symptoms. Place pads a little down from your big toe to cover the stomach reflex points. (See Reflexology Chart)
